SHIPPING POLICY
ITALY:
Shipping charges are €10 Shipping is free for purchases over €120 (only in Italy). Deliveries in Italy, San Marino and Vatican city are made by GLS. Deliveries to the smaller islands and the city of Venice require a surcharge of €15. Helix Pordenone does not deliver directly to P.O. Boxes.
ABROAD:
Deliveries outside of Italy are made by international registered mail “Poste Italiane” S.p.a. Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination and the weight of the package. Up to 350 grams: Zone 1: Europa and Mediterranean area: €15. Zone 2: Africa, Asia, North and South America: €25. Zone 3: Oceania: €30.
Order tracking
Once a package is mailed the buyer will receive an e-mail from Helix Pordenone containing the delivery tracking number and a link for monitoring its progress. Helix Pordenone is not responsible for any delays caused by customs control or by force majeure. We wish to remind our clients that Helix Pordenone may request its bank or Paypal to scrutinise a transaction, even by contacting the buyer’s bank, and that this can cause a delay. In Italy the courier does not make deliveries on the following days: January 1st , January 6th , Easter Day and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th. In case of delays due to customs control, clients will be contacted directly by the courier or by Helix Pordenone.
Deliveries
When the order is delivered clients are invited to inspect it carefully before signing the proof of delivery. Helix Pordenone orders are carefully packaged in wrapping and secured with cello tape. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the cello tape is broken, clients are invited to sign the proof of delivery with reservation or refuse it. In case the delivery has been accepted with an unrecognised signature or there is evidence of tampering, clients are invited to immediately contact the courier or Helix Pordenone at the address: info@helixpordenone.com. If at the delivery address there is a reception or concierge the courier is authorised to leave the package with the personnel present. If the package is damaged or if certain items written in the delivery split are missing clients are the wrapping must be preserved for future inspection. Any claims regarding damages, missing articles or deliveries made to the wrong address must be presented to Helix Pordenone within 10 days from the date of delivery indicated on the site of the courier, otherwise they will not be accepted. Clients are obliged to accept the delivery of the products they have ordered. If the delivery cannot be made because of reasons attributable to the client (wrong address or phone number provided, addressee always absent etc.) or if the client unjustifiably refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and customs duties will be deducted from the reimbursement owed to the client.
