RETURN POLICY Clients may return unused merchandise within 14 days from the date in which they received it. They may get a refund or exchange it for another product. Instructions for returning merchandise: In order to return an item clients may send an e-mail or call Helix Pordenone indicating the number of their purchase order, the products to be returned and the type of compensation they prefer (reimbursement or product exchange). For clients living in Italy: Helix Pordenone will send a confirmation e-mail containing the authorisation number for the returned package, the shipping label and the instructions to follow. Shipping using the courier indicated by Helix Pordenone shall be free of charge. Should the client choose a different courier they will shoulder the costs of delivery. For clients living abroad: Returning and shipping merchandise will be agreed on a case by case basis. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. The merchandise must be shipped within 14 days from the date it was received. The policy for product exchange will be agreed upon directly with the client through e-mail. Reimbursement will take place as soon as the returned product reaches Helix Pordenone and its condition has been evaluated. Reimbursement will be made via bank transfer to the client’s account Reimbursement will take place in the same currency of the original purchase. Differences due to the currency fluctuation will not be reimbursed. Products must be returned with all the original labels and tags attached, which must not be cut or broken. Products must have their original packaging, sealed with cello tape. If the client does not have the original packaging another appropriate packaging will be accepted. Products must not have been worn, altered or show any kind of wear and tear. In case the client receives defective merchandise or mistakes are made by Helix Pordenone during the shipping of the product, the client is invited to contact the courier or Helix Pordenone immediately via e-mail at email@example.com. Helix Pordenone reserves the right to request photographic proof before authorising the return of defective merchandise. The returned products must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was made. Helix Pordenone reserves the right to not accept products sent with couriers different than those agreed upon by e-mail if the delivery requires a surcharge or if the product must be collected at a branch of the courier. Helix Pordenone reserves the right to refuse non-authorised returns or products which do not meet all the conditions herein specified. In these cases the merchandise shall be returned to sender. If Helix Pordenone does decide to accept these products the client shall be charged 10% of the value of the returned merchandise. European law for distance marketing applies to anything which has not specifically been addressed in this document.
